I’m Rinna, a native of the beautiful, rural Garo Hills of northeast India. Learning to cook as a young child on crackling fires and with simple utensils, I was raised in a world where resourcefulness was key. With whatever ingredients crossed our path, we could still craft delicious and nutritious food.

In my teenage years, I left home in search of work. I found it doing what I do best, as a cook in a restaurant serving new and unfamiliar curry styles. Skip forward a few years and my education continued in the bustling city of Mumbai. Always a cook and always trying new food.
